Staging Services

Harmonious Spaces educates clients about how to best merchandise your home to create the "wow" factor. This allows potential buyers to imagine living in your house and want to make an offer. It's a three step process:

 

Step 1 - The Inital Consultation (set fee)
We meet with the home owner to educate them on the changes and upgrades that need to be done to the home. All the recommendations are written in a booklet for the homeowner to keep.

 

Step 2 - The Quotation
Working within the timeline, Harmonious Spaces can arrange for the rental of furniture and accessories for the entire home or just a few rooms depending on the budget. The timing of delivery would be confirmed and the staging crew scheduled.

 

Step 3 - Staging Day
Harmonious Spaces will bring in the team to arrange the rental items in order to create the "wow" factor.
